To balance the diet and make it more nutritious, we can add some fruits, vegetables, meat and fish to our daily food. We can also add some nuts and seeds to our daily diet.
We should not forget to include some type of fruit in our diet. Healthy fruit includes apples, oranges, grapefruits and bananas.
Fruits are healthy because they contain vitamin C which is important for the immune system. Vitamin C also helps maintain good vision and healthy bones.
Olive oil is another healthy food that you can add to your diet. Olive oil contains monounsaturated fatty acids that help lower cholesterol levels in the body. Olive oil also contains oleic acid which has anti-inflammatory properties, making it a good treatment for arthritis pain or other inflammatory diseases in the body such as rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis
